💼 About This Role

You'll drive stablecoin adoption and cross-border settlement for institutional clients in the Middle East & Africa region at Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform. You'll originate and close high-value deals, build long-term relationships, and collaborate across teams to grow revenue. This role offers the chance to shape the stablecoin strategy in a key region for a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and close stablecoin and cross-sell opportunities with institutional clients
• Manage a portfolio of treasury clients as trusted advisor
• Develop account plans and maintain pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance to close deals

📋 Requirements

• Direct industry experience in financial services (bank, payment service provider, clearing network)
• Strong technical knowledge of stablecoins and banking
• Fluent in English and regional language(s) (e.g., Arabic)
• Proven track record in B2B institutional sales or relationship management (8+ years preferred)
