Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1+ years of experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Conduct client assessments in Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas
• Develop and oversee execution of care plan
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies
