💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for pop culture fans. Your work directly helps eliminate hunger through our partnership with Feeding America. You'll train new recruits and support daily operations to drive sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
