Description
You'll own the success of a large portfolio of customers, designing scalable customer journeys through digital touchpoints and AI-powered processes. You'll pioneer one-to-many engagements that drive adoption and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the customer experience at scale.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Account Management, Consulting)
- Experience with digital-first or tech-touch customer engagement
- Systems thinking and process orientation
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing customer health metrics
- Ability to triage and prioritize across a large customer pool
Responsibilities
- Own scaled customer engagement for a large portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts
- Execute timebound strategic human touchpoints at key moments
- Provide technical guidance and translate AI capabilities into business value
- Channel customer voice back to Product and leadership
- Design and execute one-to-many programs including email campaigns, webinars, and digital content
