You'll support an ADA accessibility compliance initiative for AEG's intranet, reviewing code to meet WCAG standards. Your work will ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users. This role offers hands-on experience in front-end development and accessibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit intranet pages and code for accessibility issues
• Implement accessibility best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Support updates for semantic markup, keyboard navigation, and color contrast
• Document fixes and learn real-world accessibility standards

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing degree in web design, computer science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with front-end design and responsive design
• Awareness of ADA and WCAG accessibility guidelines
