You'll coordinate a seamless merchant onboarding experience for an online payment services company. You'll perform KYC, AML, and risk checks while working with cross-functional teams. Process improvements and monitoring merchant applications are core to your daily work.

• Coordinate merchant onboarding with cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform KYC, AML, and risk checks on merchant accounts
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Monitor merchant applications through their lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• Relevant business experience including client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of KPIs for measuring customer support success
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry methods and techniques
• Good understanding of e-commerce/card payments
