Description

In this role, you will support attorneys across a variety of litigation matters with a strong emphasis on full-cycle discovery, case management, and general litigation support. You'll work with Fortune 500 clients, managing discovery processes, conducting legal research, and collaborating with internal and external counsel to ensure timely handling of litigation matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a litigation paralegal with full-cycle discovery and case management expertise
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Experience with litigation support software and document management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage full discovery process including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests
• Provide litigation support including legal research, deposition preparation, trial preparation
• Oversee matter and case management, organize case files, maintain litigation calendars
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on litigation matters
• Maintain and organize litigation records and filings per legal requirements
