🎯 What You'll Do

• Mediate and resolve resident complaints with empathy.
• Oversee leasing workflows and generate lease documents.
• Manage Entrata dashboards and performance metrics.
• Coordinate resident events to build community engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in property management or leasing
• Proficiency in Entrata or similar property management software
• Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations and sensitive conversations

• Experience with social media marketing
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
