💼 About This Role

You'll join a passionate team scaling perovskite-silicon tandem solar technology in our new pilot manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role building consistent testing setups and collecting data to feed back into the R&D process. This is a crucial next step in our growth and ability to scale as a company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build consistent testing hardware and software setups
• Process small scale cells through setups for clean data reads
• Perform durability testing including lamination and edge seal cutting
• Maintain samples on durability tests and process as needed

📋 Requirements

• Experience with electronics in testing environments
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting processing tools
• Hands-on lab experience with wet chemistry safety and hazardous materials
