You'll lead Nelo's BNPL checkout expansion, owning the full sales cycle and signing key merchants in Mexico. You'll act as a player-coach, building the sales function from scratch. This role offers massive scope and equity in a profitable fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Sign high-value BNPL checkout merchants optimizing unit economics
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract
- Navigate complex merchant organizations and build internal champions
- Differentiate Nelo's value proposition against key competitors
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record closing enterprise contracts in Mexican retail or fintech
- Deep understanding of financial services teams inside large brands
- Ability to generate own pipeline and close deals without SDR support
- Experience closing complex payments or credit integrations

- Experience in a startup or building a sales function from scratch
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like VTEX or Shopify
