You'll lead Nelo's BNPL checkout expansion, owning the full sales cycle and signing key merchants in Mexico. You'll act as a player-coach, building the sales function from scratch. This role offers massive scope and equity in a profitable fintech.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Sign high-value BNPL checkout merchants optimizing unit economics
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract
  • Navigate complex merchant organizations and build internal champions
  • Differentiate Nelo's value proposition against key competitors

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record closing enterprise contracts in Mexican retail or fintech
  • Deep understanding of financial services teams inside large brands
  • Ability to generate own pipeline and close deals without SDR support
  • Experience closing complex payments or credit integrations

  • Experience in a startup or building a sales function from scratch
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like VTEX or Shopify
