As a Client Experience Associate, you'll support client teams by learning the Movable Ink platform, assisting with campaign execution, and creating client reports. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into managing their own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Movable Ink platform and email industry ecosystem
• Support Client Experience Manager on named accounts as backup contact
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and prep for campaign execution
• Pull campaign results and synthesize into standardized reports
• Create PowerPoint presentations and execute email mock-ups in Photoshop
