💼 About This Role

You'll manage HighLevel's consolidated financial model and drive strategic planning for a high-growth SaaS platform. You'll ensure accurate investor reporting and board presentations, while refining FP&A processes using tools like Abacum and Tableau.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage consolidated financial model with multi-year P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
• Own corporate assumptions and KPIs like ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
• Lead financial planning cycles including forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual plan.
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 9+ years progressive FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS business.
• Proven experience managing consolidated financial forecasts.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or MBA.
• Experience with next-gen FP&A tools (Abacum, Pigment) and BI tools (Tableau).
