💼 About This Role

You'll join the Vantage Document AI engineering team building a cloud-native microservices platform with Azure OpenAI integration. You'll drive development of document processing pipelines, AI skill management, and API layers. This role offers the chance to work on purpose-built AI solutions trusted by Fortune 500 companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Vantage platform features and services
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with product, UX, ML engineers on feature requirements
• Monitor and improve Vantage cloud service health and performance

📋 Requirements

• 5–9 years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C++
• Experience with C# .NET and willingness to work with both languages
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps

✨ Nice to Have

• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure SQL)
• Hands-on experience with workflow-driven systems (orchestration, retries, state management)
• Experience integrating Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or LLMs into enterprise applications
