🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite, translating data into clear recommendations.
• Define RDC's 3-year strategic vision from AI, market, and competitor signals.
• Deconstruct executive vision into prioritized, multi-quarter workstreams.
• Design and lead cross-functional prioritization and planning workshops.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience including time at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Generalist DNA: ability to discuss APIs with engineers and consumer psychology with marketers.
• Strategic rigor: skilled in structured thinking and MECE problem-solving.
• Tech savvy: deep curiosity about AI/ML and how they disrupt business models.
