As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead customer-facing sessions for requirements gathering and process mapping on complex software implementation projects. You'll convert requirements into system designs and collaborate with solution architects to deliver high-tech solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct business requirements workshops and fit/gap analysis
• Convert requirements into designs for system processes and configurations
• Assist with data mapping and basic application configuration
• Create, plan, and execute unit tests with team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on software implementation projects
• Consulting skills in business or software environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, SFDC)

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)

• Up to 50% travel required
