You will bridge AI research and practical implementation, translating breakthroughs into production-ready products. You'll experiment rapidly, drive high-impact releases, and help shape how AI is evaluated and discovered.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with AI landscape: evaluations, reasoning systems, agentic architectures, context engineering
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high impact product working with AI
• At least 5 years of engineering experience
• Exceptional programming skills and AI-first workflows
• Experience with experiment design and A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Drive identification and prioritization of 3-5 high-potential experiments based on newest AI research
• Build and maintain comprehensive experimentation infrastructure for AI-facilitated experiments at scale
• Drive high-impact product releases powered by AI innovations
• Accelerate engineering adoption of AI capabilities across the organization
• Establish a culture of AI expertise and knowledge sharing
