Description

You will build and maintain high-quality design talent pipelines for Brex by proactively sourcing and engaging candidates across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You'll partner with recruiters and design leadership to understand hiring needs and develop creative sourcing strategies that attract diverse talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles (Product, Brand, Leadership)
• Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and platforms like LinkedIn
• Ability to evaluate design portfolios and understand craft quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sourcing performance

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using recruiting platforms and creative communities
• Build diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for immediate and future needs
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
• Support evaluation of design portfolios focusing on craft and user-centered design
