💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day program management of Anthropic's global content moderation and online safety regulatory compliance program. You'll translate obligations from regimes like the EU Digital Services Act into a defensible, well-documented compliance program. This role sits squarely at the intersection of AI safety regulation and cross-functional compliance at a leading AI lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global content regulation risk assessment program across jurisdictions
• Build and maintain systems to track regulatory requirements
• Partner with legal, safeguards, policy, engineering, and operations teams
• Maintain controls inventory and compliance documentation library

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing regulatory or compliance programs at a technology company or in a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience conducting or program-managing regulatory risk assessments
• Demonstrated ability to build compliance program artifacts including policies, risk assessments, controls inventories
• Track record of executing cross-functionally across legal, product, policy, and operations

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience in regulatory program management
• Direct experience with online safety regulation like EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act
• Experience in trust and safety at a large consumer technology platform
