💼 About This Role

You'll handle emergency cases and complex surgeries for pets, including exotics, in a supportive team environment. You'll provide customer-centered care with a unique triage system. VEG offers unlimited ER-focused CE and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer medical questions over the phone
• See patients immediately using VEG Triage system
• Perform physical exams, ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork
• Communicate diagnoses and treatment plans to customers

📋 Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Experience in emergency medicine including soft tissue surgery
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg unassisted
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
