💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to guide complex sales cycles, running tailored demos for engineering leaders. You'll be a trusted technical resource, deeply understanding Fern's API tools to solve customer challenges. This role is hands-on keyboard at the intersection of engineering and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with AEs to drive deal momentum and technical engagement
  • Run customized demos adapted to each customer's use case
  • Answer tough technical questions about SDKs, API docs, and CI workflows
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles with engineering and product teams

📋 Requirements

  • Computer Science degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort digging into technical details and connecting to business outcomes
