Description
You will support project managers and administrators in the sales and delivery process of new engines, preparing technical documentation and performing engineering analysis for custom engine systems. This role involves coordinating with various departments and assisting with testing and site visits.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited 4-year Engineering Program with at least 2 years of course study
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate technical information
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Projects is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain job-related documents in organized manner
- Assist in preparing contracts, purchase orders, and engineering submittals
- Prepare information for submittal, engineering review, and as-built documentation
- Participate in job walks, coordination meetings, and site visits
- Work with Service Shop in testing and startup of equipment
