You'll own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of title agents, lenders, and law firms, driving adoption and expansion of Pippin's title search platform. Your core impact is ensuring clients get value from integrations like Qualia and SoftPro while protecting retention and growing order volume. This role stands out because you'll be the single face of a well-funded proptech company redefining real estate's oldest industry.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts with targets on retention and growth
  • Run weekly tactical, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Drive adoption, order growth, and expansion into new states or report types
  • Handle renewals, identify at-risk accounts, and build recovery plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years client-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of retention and expansion with specific examples
  • Industry familiarity with title, escrow, or real estate services workflows
  • Technical comfort with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and BI dashboards

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Direct Customer Success experience at a proptech or title-tech company
  • Experience owning renewals and driving Net Revenue Retention
  • Prior work in an early- or growth-stage, VC-backed environment
