You'll lead a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center, ensuring vehicles move safely through the photo booth process. Your core impact is meeting production and quality goals while developing your team. This 2nd shift role offers *direct management experience* in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Oversee daily activities of assigned team and identify improvement areas.
• Coach and develop team members to meet production targets.
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years.
• Experience using computers.
• Proven supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
