🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct frequent classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
• Lead weekly professional development sessions and data meetings
• Analyze scholar achievement data to inform coaching and interventions
• Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse team of teachers and staff

📋 Requirements

• Principal CE must be obtained within 60 days of employment
• At least 5 years of exceptional teaching experience
• Must enroll in Leader 2 Leader within 30 days of obtaining CE
