Description
You will partner with business managers, People Partners, and Legal to deliver consistent employee relations support across EMEA, with plans to grow into a global role. You'll handle performance management, investigations, and compliance while improving ER processes and using data to identify trends.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Employee Relations, ideally in tech or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of ER principles, investigations, and employment practices; exposure to Belgian and French markets
- Ability to work autonomously, manage sensitive topics, and exercise sound judgment
- Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary ER resource for assigned EMEA countries, expanding globally
- Partner with People Partners and managers to address performance issues, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy questions
- Support investigations, employee complaints, and sensitive cases ensuring fairness and compliance
- Define, document, and improve ER processes for efficient case handling
- Track and analyze ER metrics to identify trends, risks, and prevention opportunities
