Description

You will partner with business managers, People Partners, and Legal to deliver consistent employee relations support across EMEA, with plans to grow into a global role. You'll handle performance management, investigations, and compliance while improving ER processes and using data to identify trends.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Employee Relations, ideally in tech or fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of ER principles, investigations, and employment practices; exposure to Belgian and French markets
• Ability to work autonomously, manage sensitive topics, and exercise sound judgment
• Professional fluency in English, French, and Dutch
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ER resource for assigned EMEA countries, expanding globally
• Partner with People Partners and managers to address performance issues, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy questions
• Support investigations, employee complaints, and sensitive cases ensuring fairness and compliance
• Define, document, and improve ER processes for efficient case handling
• Track and analyze ER metrics to identify trends, risks, and prevention opportunities
