Description
You will define and evolve the global roadmap for ClearScore's new mortgages vertical, balancing user experience, commercial opportunity, and build complexity. Operating in a shared leadership model with a senior Design Lead, you'll guide a cross-functional team and drive structured product discovery to bring this complex proposition to market.
Requirements
- Comfortable owning proposition-level problem spaces within an established strategic direction
- Experience shaping new propositions from first principles
- Commercial awareness, thinking in terms of value exchange and incentives
- Comfortable operating in a shared leadership model with senior Design
- Experience in mortgages or adjacent regulated financial products highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Build on existing strategic thinking to identify paths to user, partner, and business value
- Develop deep expertise in homeownership and mortgages landscape
- Own global roadmap, defining priorities and sequencing
- Lead structured product discovery to validate desirability, viability, and feasibility
- Make clear trade-offs between user experience, commercial constraints, and technical complexity
