💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one personal care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life while you develop close relationships. BAYADA offers 24/7 clinical support and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and assist with ambulation
• Remain in the home for each 24-hour period as assigned

📋 Requirements

• One year of verifiable work experience with a healthcare agency
• Completed a recognized HHA training course and hold an active NJ license
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Passion for caregiving and a commitment to quality care
