You'll serve as product AI counsel, advising on product development, feature launches, and AI governance. You'll apply your litigation background to assess risk and guide cross-functional teams. This role offers a unique transition from litigation to product counsel at a high-growth tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product teams on AI governance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop internal legal playbooks and training materials.
• Manage litigation holds and support discovery processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on policy development.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 4-7 years of experience with law firm litigation background.
• Experience advising on technology or product-related legal matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AI, machine learning, or emerging technology legal issues.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• In-house experience at a technology company.
