💼 About This Role

You'll lead EMEA People Strategy & Programs, driving alignment and operational excellence for Snowflake's people team. You'll manage strategic planning, performance programs, and cross-functional collaboration to scale a world-class organization. This role blends strategy execution and AI enablement in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate EMEA priorities into actionable execution plans and milestones.
• Design and manage EMEA People Team operating cadence.
• Lead EMEA performance excellence cadence including calibration cycles.
• Drive regional action plans based on Employee Voice and Pulse survey data.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in HR Operations or Program Management within a global organization.
• Proven ability to translate global strategies for regional rollouts.
• Expertise in multi-channel communication strategies for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with process automation and AI-driven HR tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a Chief of Staff role.
• Familiarity with AI-native tools and AI enablement.
