Description

You will specify, design, and configure PLCs, DCS, MES, and data historians (OSI PI) for process automation in life sciences, chemical, or other regulated industries. You'll work with cross-functional teams to assess and implement system improvements, prepare engineering documents, and execute commissioning and validation test plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in control systems design and implementation in a regulated process control environment
• Experience with SDLC of automated systems (process controls, MES, or data management)
• Working knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA, networks, and application engineering
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV or Allen Bradley controllers strongly preferred
• Prior experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or FDA regulated industry preferred

• Propose and assess modifications to equipment and processes
• Prepare and execute engineering documentation and operating/maintenance procedures
• Develop and execute commissioning and validation test plans
• Support cross-functional project teams or work on-site with clients
