💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end execution of complex Engineered-to-Order (ETO) equipment, including modular buildings and power distribution systems. You'll serve as the critical link between design engineering, supply chain, and production, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work with a vertically integrated AI infrastructure team focused on energy-first solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own scope, schedule, and budget for complex ETO projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines; allocate resources.
• Partner with Supply Chain to identify and source long-lead items.
• Lead implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Mitigate production risks by partnering daily with manufacturing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or project engineering in an ETO environment.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of projects from design through commissioning.
• Ability to interpret complex 3D models (SolidWorks) and electrical schematics.

• PMP Certification.
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or equivalent.
• Deep experience with switchboards, switchgear, or modular industrial enclosures.
