💼 About This Role

You'll lead a structured pre-kindergarten classroom focused on kindergarten readiness and social-emotional growth at our West Peabody center. You'll implement developmentally appropriate curriculum while building strong family partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement pre-kindergarten curriculum aligned with Massachusetts standards
• Lead daily classroom routines including circle time and learning centers
• Supervise children, maintaining safe teacher-to-child ratios
• Build relationships with families and communicate developmental progress

📋 Requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool/Pre-K Teacher requirements
• Previous preschool or early childhood education experience
• EEC Lead Teacher Certification
• Ability to pass Massachusetts background checks

✨ Nice to Have

• CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education
