Description

You will design and deliver scalable HCM solutions for public sector clients using Workday, ensuring compliance with government HR practices and regulations. Lead functional workstreams during implementations and optimizations, collaborating with stakeholders to configure modules like Core HCM, Compensation, and Job Profiles.

Requirements

• Seasoned Workday HCM expertise with experience supporting public sector clients
• Strong understanding of government HR practices
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM modules
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Job Profiles, Positions, Organizations, Compensation) for public sector clients
• Translate complex HR business processes into efficient Workday solutions, ensuring compliance with public sector policies and union agreements
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional leads to gather requirements and document configurations
• Lead or support functional workstreams during Workday implementations, optimizations, or Phase X rollouts
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), support data conversion, and assist with validation and reconciliation
