🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Serbia benefits and support EMEA data changes in HRIS
• Resolve complex employee inquiries as escalation point
• Ensure compliance with Serbian labor laws and statutory requirements
• Analyze case trends to improve HR service delivery

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of HR operations experience in Serbia or EMEA
• Serbian labor law knowledge
• Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
