You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with students with disabilities, supporting their safety and engagement in a PreK-4 school setting. Your role is crucial to their success and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with special education students
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining student engagement
• Build relationships with students and parents to foster a safe learning environment
• Incorporate feedback from school leaders and professional development sessions

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 60 completed college credits
• Passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks from teachers and school leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in small group and RTI settings
• Understanding of how to read a student's IEP
• Desire to become a certified teacher long term
