You'll serve as a senior strategic partner to GTM leaders at HighLevel, an AI-powered business operating system. You'll design and implement talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and champion AI-enabled ways of working. This role is critical in scaling a global remote-first organization and building leadership effectiveness across high-growth teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
• Lead change management initiatives to support rapid scaling
• Manage complex employee relations matters and performance concerns
• Champion AI adoption to improve team productivity and workflows

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in high-growth tech
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in global organizations
• Deep expertise in workforce planning, org design, and performance management
• Proven ability managing complex employee relations and organizational change
