💼 About This Role

You'll act as a quality champion bridging manual and automated testing, leading a shift to developer-led testing in a cross-functional team. You'll coach engineers to own quality end-to-end and drive AI-assisted test generation. This role is key to ensuring reliability of a foundational data import platform used by over 6,000 companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach engineers on quality ownership through pair programming
• Build and maintain test automation across backend and frontend
• Implement agentic test generation with AI tools
• Monitor production health with Sentry or Grafana
• Drive quality engineering improvements across the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA automation and quality engineering
• TypeScript and Playwright automation experience
• Testing Java and Angular stack with JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright
• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

• Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude
• Experience testing complex enterprise financial software
