You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers at our Gainesville, MO facility, providing exceptional in-store service and processing orders. This role is pivotal in assisting and resolving customer issues to ensure a consistently positive experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service for walk-ins and phone calls.
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments.
• Stock, clean, and merchandise the store; unload received merchandise.
• Identify and refer potential leads to outside sales representatives.

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Gainesville, MO, Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BisTrack or similar POS/inventory system.
• Knowledge of construction materials or hardware products.
• Previous retail or hardware store experience.
