💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end APM and AI observability products, building streaming pipelines and backend services that handle graph traversal at scale and LLM-as-judge evaluations. This role combines startup ownership with Snowflake's platform reach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product scopes across APM and AI observability product lines
• Build and optimize streaming data pipelines for graph traversal and LLM-as-judge evaluations
• Design and implement backend services and APIs for microservice topology and latency analysis
• Drive architecture and delivery for medium-to-large projects from design to production

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent with strong CS fundamentals
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong programming skills
• Experience with complex data pipelines or data warehouses at production scale
• Demonstrated product mindset — understanding user use cases before implementation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building APM or AI observability products (OpenTelemetry a plus)
• Hands-on experience building or operating agentic applications in production
• Experience with streaming systems, distributed tracing, or graph-based pipelines
