💼 About This Role

You'll join the Reverse ETL experimental engineering team to build data pipelines and experimental products. You'll prototype new features and lead major projects, contributing to all parts of the tech stack. This role offers hands-on impact in a small, flexible team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make contributions to the full tech stack (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Vue, AWS).
• Prototype and test ideas before committing to build.
• Work closely with product team and customers to design features.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews.
• Lead major projects from research spikes to rollout.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in an interpreted language like Python or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with a compiled language like C++, Kotlin, Scala, Go, or Java.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Proven experience in system integration including API consumption and development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.
• Familiarity with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
