You'll join xAI to ensure our products have appropriate BSA/AML and Sanctions controls. You'll oversee the compliance review process, document risk assessments, and partner with engineering and product teams. This role offers the chance to shape compliance strategy at a fast-paced AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily Product Compliance workload assessing and prioritizing risks.
• Evaluate new products for BSA/AML and Sanctions risks.
• Partner with engineering to convert regulatory requirements into controls.
• Spearhead remediation efforts for control failures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in product compliance or regulatory program management.
• Extensive knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulations.
• Advanced project management skills.
