Description

You will develop and execute a Marketing and Sales Plan to drive hospice care referrals, establish relationships with key referral contacts, and educate the community on end-of-life care and hospice eligibility.

Requirements

• B.S. in Health Care, Social Work, Marketing, or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
• Valid Ohio RN or LPN license
• Ohio Driver's license
• 2+ years sales/referral marketing experience in hospice, social work, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with ill/disabled/emotional older persons

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contact/leads database
• Establish relationships with referral contacts (doctors, nurses, social workers, etc.)
• Make outbound calls and conduct appointments to close sales and enroll patients in hospice care
• Develop and execute a detailed Marketing and Sales Plan
• Track referral sources and report on performance
