Description

You will provide personal care and assistance with daily living needs to a client in their home in Manasquan, NJ. This role offers consistent weekday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM and the chance to build a meaningful connection while helping someone remain safe and comfortable.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability to work weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM
• Kind, patient, and respectful approach to client care
• Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Experience with transfers and personal care or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living needs
• Support mobility, safety, and comfort in the home setting
• Follow individualized care plan for the client
• Communicate changes in condition to clinical team
