You'll operate advanced manufacturing systems for aerospace and defense components in a high-tech factory. You'll ensure precise execution and process control across welding operations. This role is part of reinventing American manufacturing with cutting-edge robotics and software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate manual and automated welding equipment
• Control weld parameters (current, voltage, travel speed)
• Inspect welds and identify defects
• Perform rework and basic troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• Welding certification or equivalent experience
• Ability to read weld symbols and prints
• Experience with production welding
