You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, identifying and qualifying outbound prospects for healthcare organizations. You'll partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and help drive AI-powered patient experience adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory targeting healthcare decision-makers.
- Build multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach on call center pain points.
- Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through top of funnel.
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategy.
📋 Requirements
- 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into healthcare is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach or Apollo.
