You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, identifying and qualifying outbound prospects for healthcare organizations. You'll partner with Account Executives to build pipeline and help drive AI-powered patient experience adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory targeting healthcare decision-makers.
  • Build multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach on call center pain points.
  • Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through top of funnel.
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about healthcare and enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into healthcare is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach or Apollo.
