Description

You will lead the creation of memorable brand experiences, overseeing event production from concept to execution. You'll manage programs up to $1MM+, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while building strong client relationships and mentoring a team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of event production experience with 2-3 years management
• Strong knowledge of production workflows across departments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, project software, social media
• Knowledge of permitting standards, fabrication/scenic, and technical production

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-production and on-site execution for multiple projects
• Deliver programs on time, within budget, exceeding client expectations
• Communicate across cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Develop and manage project budgets, including invoice coordination and reconciliations
• Lead and mentor a team of 2+ direct reports, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews
