You'll join the ML Infrastructure team at Airbnb to build cutting-edge Generative AI infrastructure. Your work will enable rapid development and deployment of high-quality AI/ML solutions across the company. You'll define industry-leading best practices for data asset creation and management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve ML models for product and operational use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify ML opportunities
• Develop and productionize ML/AI models and pipelines at scale
• Leverage ML/AI tools to build reusable, high-performing systems

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years industry experience in applied ML/AI
• Strong programming in Scala/Python/Java/C++
• Deep understanding of ML/AI best practices and algorithms
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG platforms and agentic AI applications
• Expertise in AI/ML governance and compliance
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art LFMs like Llama, Mixtral
