💼 About This Role

You'll help structure, deploy, and improve internal training programs at our innovation center in Grenoble. You'll analyze training effectiveness and propose innovative solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in pedagogical innovation and operational excellence projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to training deployment and post-training follow-up
• Manage appointments with operational teams and trainers
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve training practices
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bac+4/5 in engineering, business, communication, design, or equivalent
• Interest in operations, project management, and innovation
• Proactive, creative, and autonomous personality
• Mobility required: travel according to projects
