You'll lead creative vision and ensure asset quality for AAA game projects as part of Atomic Theory, a studio of seasoned veterans. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver cohesive artistic experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creative vision for art across multiple projects
• Ensure visual alignment with design and client expectations
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate on feedback
• Advise on and maintain efficient asset workflows and pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional art management or art lead experience
• Proven track record shipping more than one game to release
• Extensive experience managing multi-discipline artist teams
• Mastery of at least one major asset creation tool like Blender, Maya, or Adobe Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shipping on current-gen consoles (Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Switch 2)
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or Godot
