💼 About This Role

You'll own core operational processes for the Product Policy team at OpenAI, coordinating cross-functionally to enable fast and responsible policy updates. You will build systems, track progress, and translate policy requirements into actionable steps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve policy update and cross-functional handoff workflows.
• Build tracking systems to measure progress and surface risks.
• Coordinate execution with operations, integrity, safety, and legal partners.
• Develop templates and documentation to increase team efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product policy or trust and safety.
• Experience running operational programs in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute independently and escalate appropriately.
